We are really pleased that the planning application for Duncombe Barracks received unanimous approval recently. The scheme will be the very first by a local housing authority to achieve Passivhaus zero carbon housing at scale, and is part of the City of York Council’s Housing Delivery Programme, which aims to provide 600 homes across 7 sites. We are providing full MEP services for the project, designed by Mikhail Riches.
